For my family-I increased this recipe. I used 3 apples total: 1 granny smith and 2 larger red delicious apples. I also used Pork Sirloin and Light pancake syrup instead of the Center-cut pork chops and my 2.7 lbs made approx 10 - 4oz servings - but the calorie count was only 220 cal. It was great!
