To make it even more healthy and lower is sodium for my hubby. I make my own chicken gravy with no salt chicken boullion and some cornstarch. It worked fine! It was yummy too.
I don't think the gravy is counted in the calories or fat... sorry to be a downer everyone but if you look at the ingredients it says "chicken gravy... 100.00" but it doesn't say 100 what. Just wanted to let you know...
AMAZING! I've made this one twice now. The first time I made it "as is" and just added salt. 2nd time we made it with refrigerated biscuit dough. Both times were superb!
