Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I added some raw peeled zucchini, cut the cheese in half and added 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash extra spicy and used smoked turkey sausage instead of ham, it was excellent
I made it for my class. It makes me happy and not so many fat calories!
Very good and easy! i don't know what 'kid builder milk' is, so i used 1 cup of lowfat milk.
I used fat free half & half (don't know what builder milk is?) and used reduced fat mozzarella cheese. I poured mix into single servings in a muffin pan to freeze and take for quick to go breakfasts. They are delicious and the kids think they're way cool.
