This was a truly masterful recipe, and very easy to make! In order to reduce the sodium, we used fresh serrano & jalapeno peppers and tomatoes instead of canned tomatoes w/ chilis. There is a warm, subtle flavor to this recipe that must be tasted. Thank you so much for this phenomenal recipe!
