Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I would give this a solid 4-1/2 stars. I did add a small amount of salt to mine otherwise my husband would not have eaten any but with the salt ~ hubby approved. I will make this again
Taste bitter to me and a dash of sugar didnt help
I am not sure what was suppose to make the dip white. Mine is green since it didn't say to peel the zucchini first..oh..oh. More vitamins for me! I left out the Tahini, added dill weed and lemon basil since I was out of parsley and celery seed. I guess in trying a new recipe I made one up.lol
For everyone looking to substitute for tahini, try all natural peanut butter - the kind without sugar. It won't taste exactly the same but for my meat and potatoes Midwestern family, they prefer the taste to tahini.
This was great I added more garlic and a bit of salt.
