Chicken Sausage & Brocoli Scramble
I love cooking all the ingredients for a omelette and adding the scrambled eggs to the pan, making what I call a scramble. The best part about these is that they are so versatile - you can put anything you want and as much as you want! Also, I use a lot of the Al Fresco Apple Maple Chicken Sausage because I love it, less can be used. If made as breakfast, this serves 4, if served with other items (waffles, biscuits, fruit salad, etc.) it will serve more. Also, I do not pay attention to how long it takes me to cook, so the cooking time may be a little off.
