Ingredients

    7.0 oz Ronzoni, Whole Wheat Penne Rigate
    1.25 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)
    2.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
    0.12 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    2.5 cup Brocolli, Fresh Steamed
    12.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1.25 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4.0 serving NATURAL SHREDDED CHEESE - KRAFT NATURAL CHEESE SHREDS - COLBY & MONTEREY JACK 2% MILK SHREDDED

Directions

Cook chicken with oil. Cook noodles. Med heat butter and flour 1 min; add parm, pinch pepper, 1 tsp salt, simmer 10 min. Micro brocolli 4 min. Combine all. Put in 9x13 sprayed with nonstick spray. Garnish with cheese. Bake 20 min at 350.
