    Diced Chicken Breast, no skin, 7 ounces (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, chopped 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 5 cloves chopped (remove)
    Peas, fresh, .5 cup (remove)
    *brocoli raw, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Grated Parmesean Cheese, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Trader Joe’s Linguine, 10 oz (remove)


Cook pasta according to package directions. Add peas and broccoli to the pasta for the final 2 mins of cooking time.

Meanwhile, heat a skillet on med-high heat, add 1 tbs EVOO and sautee onions briefly, then add chicken and sautee until browned. Add garlic, and continue to cook for about 1-2 mins. Deglaze with wine, then add the can of tomatoes and simmer for 5 mins or so. By now, the pasta and vegs should be done - serve chicken/tomato sautee over pasta topped with parmesan cheese.

Serving Size: Easy and filling supper. Makes 4 servings
