Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts
    50g greens finley sliced
    200g brocoli florets
    3 tbsp soya sauce
    150g egg noodles

    Marinade:

    2 tsp finley chopped ginger
    2 cloves Garlic
    1 lemon (zest & juice)
    1 lime (zest & juice)
    1tsp chinese five spice
    salt & pepper to taste



Directions

1) Slice chicken into thin strips
2) mix together all the ingredients for marinade and add to the chicken ( leave to marinade for as long as possible, the longer the better)
3) heat wok and spray with oil
4) add chicken fry for 3 mins ( keep hold of marinade)
5) add brocoli and greens and cook for 3mins until greens have wilted and brocoli is softening.
6) add marinade and reduce to a thick sauce.
7) serve with freshly cooked egg noodles
