YummY! My Hubbie said, I out did myself, and that it was better than a restaurant's! I didn't have mushrooms, I put in a few shredded baby carrots and a thin slice of red onion and cut up and fried a piece of bacon in it as well! AND I splash of low sodium beef broth.
It was delicious! i like strong flavors so I added fresh basil and crushed red pepper flakes. For an extra 10 calories, I grated 1/2 tsp of fresh romano cheese on it
