This is one of my favorite desserts and is always a crowd pleaser when I make it! Make sure you sprinkle lots of icing sugar to the towel so it doesn't stick! Submitted by:

Very yummy and half a piece is plenty decadent. I did make this using non-fat cream cheese. The cake stuck to the towel during cooling...next time I'll use wax or parchment paper instead. Submitted by:
