Avocado Pudding Recipes

I would call this Paleo Chocolate Pudding buuuut, technically Shakeology does have whey protein in it. I still choose to drink it along side my paleo lifestyle, especially since the other 70+ amazing super food ingredients are considered raw, as they are never heated above 115° during drying. Rules are rules though, so I can’t call it that

OMG - this is AMAZING. Tastes just like "real" pudding only it's RAW, Nutritious and fast/easy to make. You can also freeze it and turn them into fudgesicles!

For anyone with a sweet tooth but on a diet. A great nutritious dessert or snack.

There are a lot of chocolate avocado pudding recipes & I decided to half one to use one avocado & try using coconut/palm sugar. I found it to taste like chocolate banana pudding. No avocado taste. Maybe a little bit of a nutty smell.
