Introduction

OMG - this is AMAZING. Tastes just like "real" pudding only it's RAW, Nutritious and fast/easy to make. You can also freeze it and turn them into fudgesicles! OMG - this is AMAZING. Ingredients

    1 ripe haas avocado
    1 ripe banana
    1/4 cup raw cacoa unsweetened powder
    1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened
    1/4 - 1/2 cup apple sauce
    1/4 cup maple syrup (or a tad less)

Directions

There is NO cooking! Mix in blender till you have Puddin'! Adjust to taste.

Serving Size: makes (4) 1/3 cup serving size of puddin' or fudgesicles
