Wow! This is salty. Recipe didn't specify how much water so we used 1/4 cup. Will use less soy sauce next time. It was definitely full of flavor. Loved the pepper kick. I also used olive oil mainly because that's all I use. Cooked about 3-4 min on each side. We paired with rice and spinach. We will
