Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

The chops turned out really rich and tangy-creamy. Talk about true comfort food on those cold nights after a long day at work or school! The buttermilk curdled, but it didn't detract from the taste. Because it's a bit high in fat, we limit this meal to once a month or so. :-) Thanks for sharing!
