Nutrition & Calorie Comments

The serving size is one complete recipe as written. Looks like it would be a little less than 8 ounces. More like 6 oz ( total of liquids) plus spices and sugar substitute. I was wondering about using the egg substitute without cooking. I have been buying / using Silk Holiday Nog, and it is great.
Very good. My son likes it too. Keeper recipe and sooo much better for you than the high fat yummy stuff.
This is delicious and not bad for you. I always thought egg nog had to be full of fat and calories! I love it. Thanks!
