2/3 cup sugar seemed a little excessive, I only use 2 tablespoons. I liked it but family thought it was to moist for cornbread.

Next time I will try a little less liquid.
Absolutely Delicious! Seriously, I thought I would give it a try but never dreamed how much I would love it. My whole family gobbled them up. I actually used sugar free applesauce and it worked great! Thanks for sharing- this will be a recipe I keep forever!
