Spicy Sweet Potato Black Bean Soup
Sweat onions and garlic in oil. Add chopped peppers, onions, sweet potato, carrots. Then add tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir in drained and rinsed black beans and corn and seasonings. Let simmer 20 minutes.
