Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I'm making this today! I liked reading about people's substitutions. I'll probably add more beans, some carrots, and maybe a small can of low sodium corn.
Delicious! I made some changes (prepared salsa and chipotle powder instead of chipotles, added more black beans and chopped carrots) and it is awesome. I enjoy it with some grated cheese on top or cheese and crackers on the side. Would also be good topped with avocado (since it is so low fat).
