I KNOW it's good! I do a very basic version with no bacon, using low sodium or no salt canned peas, 2 oz Cabot's 75% reduced fat sharp cheddar, and Smart Balance mayo. If I'm indulging, I add the bacon bits you can get in a jar or pkg in the salad making aisle of the grocery store.
