It seemed like there was something missing. The flavor was sort of bland, basically salt and peppery tasting. I don't think I will make this again.
Very good! I'm not totally into veggies but I will make again.
I added carrots,spinach and liquid aminos instead of soy... 75% less sodium.
Going to try this tonight. However, on the nutritional info. I question the calcium amount. Bok choy is very high in calcium. Using another listing for bok choy it came out to 22 on the calcium. This was soooooo good! I served mine along with orang honeyed chicken (another spark recipe). Yummy!
