Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Tip: The Kroger store has frozen veges with all ingredients including with or without okra for only $1.19 in frozen vege isle(saves all that chopping and crying). Also, I added an additional can of whole kernal corn(low sodium) and let shrimp marinate in soy sauce before adding. FABULOUS!!!!
Outstanding. I substituted some some lean chopped ham for the sausage to reduce calories. It came out great. Will make again.
Be careful on this one. The rice is not calculated in the calorie totals so it seems lower in calories than it is.
