You can also use Fat free cottage cheese and fat free cool whip to make it a wonderful fat free dessert. I just had this for the first time. My sweet neighbor gave me some and I fell in love with it. She uses 2 whole containers of fat free cool whip in hers. That ups the calories, but yummm
