Why don't we get real here and just divide it into four servings at 426 calories. I mean, seriously. 1/16 a slice!! :D :D :D

I think that's a fair thing, as a main dish for supper.
Served over this weekend dividing it into 4 servings*. W/green salad, it was a perfect a light supper. 1/4 of total recipe = 430 cal; total fat 21g; choles 288mg; sodium 808mg; carb 36g; dietary fiber 4g; protein 28g (amounts approx)
*It is impossible to get 16 meaningful servings from recipe.
This was really good, so good that I am a little concerned about the calories listed??? I also added some green onion to mine.
