Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I followed the recipe but I don't know if it because I don't cook with ANY salt but I found this very salty. With cheese, cottage cheese (used no fat) and spinach all which are high in sodium it seems to me it would be. The flavour was good aside from that.
I subbed turkey for beef to reduce the fat and 1/2 the spinach b/c I don't like spinach-very happy with the result. I loved the taste of this lasagna and thought it was a GREAT idea to roll the noodles up so you can easily control portion size! Otherwise, I could have eaten the whole dish! Yummy!
