Pepper Stirfry on Buckwheat
A tasty pepper stirfry over a savory bed of buckwheat.
Also, not entirely vegetarian... I like to cook the buckwheat in chicken broth, as I find the flavor to work well with the curry, but I'm sure you could substitute.
