Ingredients



    4 Medium Potatos, Sliced
    0.5 cup Onions, Chopped
    2 Garlic Clove
    2 tbsp. Extra Light Olive Oil
    One half of Jalapeno Pepper
    2 Green Peppers (bell peppers), Stripped
    0.5 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, black, to taste
    6 tbsp Daisy Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 lb Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey
    2 tsp Kikoman Light Soysauce

Directions

Prepare Peppers, onions, and potatoes cutting accordingly. Microwave Potatoes for 3-4 minutes till slightly tender. Brown meat in large frying pan with onions, garlic soy-sauce. Add Potatoes, Jalapeno pepper, olive oil and chicken broth until potatoes are cooked through. Salt and pepper to taste. Add Bell peppers and sour cream cooking for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
