Wow! I MUST try this! I love kettle chips, but had to give them up in order to stop the cravings for them. Perhaps this is a good way to get my salty/starchy/crunchy weakness satisfied in times of desperation? Submitted by:

I dunno - seems like an awful amount of work for 80 chips (4 servings - 20 chips per serving) I just slice mine - spray with a little butter pam - sprinkle with a little salt and bake them in the oven. Sometimes instead of salt I'll sprinkle with a little cinammon and sugar. Submitted by:
