Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Delicious! I add 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts, & 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed to it for flavor & Omega-3s. Heat it in the microwave for 1 minute, then top with skim milk & 1 tsp coconut palm sugar. This is my go-to "power breakfast." I make a quadruple recipe & use it all week.
I used to Greek 100 calories Strawberry yogurt instead of vanilla. I love grain cereals (hot, cold, especially in the crockpot). This was great and everyone will eat it. I went and bought small mason jars to pre-portion some for breakfasts on the go. Great recipe.
