1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats
3/4 Cup milk (I used 1% - out of skim)
1/2 cup Non fat Greek Vanilla Yogurt (Light & Fit)
Dash of ground cinnamon
**add fresh fruit, granola, honey, cereal, nuts or any other topping you like** (NOT INCLUDED IN NUTRITION)
Directions
Combine oats, milk, yogurt and cinnamon in jar or Tupperware, stir all ingredients together, put lid on and let soak overnight. Enjoy the next morning.

Delicious! I add 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts, & 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed to it for flavor & Omega-3s. Heat it in the microwave for 1 minute, then top with skim milk & 1 tsp coconut palm sugar. This is my go-to "power breakfast." I make a quadruple recipe & use it all week. - 6/10/14
