Nutrition & Calorie Comments

The pork I used was already cooked (leftovers) so I did this on top the stove. It came out very well. When I added the yogurt it separated, so I used 1/4 cup heavy cream and adjusted the nutrition to suit.
Very tasty. And calorie conscious
I made this. It was easy to make, easy to clean up after, and delicious! I WAS afraid of the 2 TABLESPOONS of paprika called for, but it IS the right amount -- not overpowering as I feared. The only change I made was to add some needed salt!
It sounds so decadent, but nothing is fattening!
