Nutrition & Calorie Comments

So easy to make even without all the ingredients listed. I substituted broccoli for peppers and to decrease the calorie count, I used 2 cups of cooked Quinoa in
Nutritional info definitely skewed...it says 1c Parmesan cheese in the breakdown but the recipe doesn't call for 1c plus the recipe is for 4 sv. If you take out the parm cheese, the single serving would be: 475 cal, 20 g fat and 19 g protein. Cut the oil by half and even less!!
The calories listed are for one serving but this recipe makes 4 servings so divide the nutritional information by 4 to get one serving. I make this recipe often. Tasty and delicious.
