This is tasty! My family loved it and it will be made again. I had no potatoes on hand so I subbed sweet potatoes and it worked fine. I also put a Tbsp of low fat sour cream and drizzle of shredded mexican cz blend. I prepped meet by cutting away all the fat. I think chicken could be subbed in. Thx. Submitted by:
