I love this salad! I use liquid coconut aminos instead of the salt, pepper and olive oil. I also add feta or bleu cheese crumbles for protein
Good but missing something. I tweaked this a bit; eliminated the olive oil, basil, mint & salt. Added chopped celery.Then made a dressing of 5 oz. plain Greek yogurt w/ zest & juice of 1 lime and lemon and 1 tbl honey and added some cilantro (fresh in salad or 1 Tbl. tube in dressing). Much better!
