Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I make a very similar marinade. I lightly caramelize onion and garlic with the jalapeno. Deglaze the pan with a tiny splash of vinegar. Blend everything together with salt/pepper. Delicious!!! I let it marinate for 24hrs, and even boil/reduce it afterwards for a nice sauce.
We LOVE spicy in my house but unfortunately my hubby is diabetic so with the sugar in this recipe I will not even try this - it sounds great though!
