I have eaten a Keto diet for over a year. This is the closest thing to bread that I have come to. Simply delicious. I made these into muffins and ate them warm with butter and cinnamon/stevia on top. AMAZING! A must make recipe for low-carb lifestyle.

Thank you so much for this recipe. I have started to low carb again, and had forgotten how good this bread is. I just made myself a sandwich - yum. I appreciate the fact that it is lower in calories due to the egg whites. Bless you Yvonne
