I used a whole tub of lite cool whip and everyone loved it! They didn't even know it was sugar free!
Loved this dessert. My daughter is allergic to refined sugar, I'm always looking for things that will work for her. My family loved this pie. I mixed the berries throughout the cool whip mixture. It set up so well. Thanks for the great recipe.
This was great! For a version with more fruit, try filling the pie crust with strawberries. Boil 2 cups water with sugar free strawberry jello and cook & serve sugar free vanilla pudding. Let cool before pouring onto strawberries. Add cool whip to top as desired. (Add blueberries in season.)
