Very tasty salad. I substituted Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Salad dressing, only 40 calories for 2Tbls but lots of flavor.
Wow... this sounds fantastic. Think I will make it tomorrow!

UPDATE: I made it, and it was sooo delicious! I used regular pearl barley, reduced-fat feta, and light balsamic vinegrette. I made roasted veggies to go with it. I will definitely be making this again.
