Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This recipe is not for a low sodium diet . In spite of that my husband enjoyed it.
This was really easy to make (I used precooked grilled chicken strips instead) and the whole family, including three teenagers, loved it! It doesn't scream low-fat at you and does belong in the comfort food category. Will make again!
Loved this! My kids all asked for seconds and my 5 year old told me he didn't know I could cook that good. :) Hubby couldn't believe how good it tasted for a low calorie meal. Thanks for sharing!
This looks perfect. It's not only low fat but it's also fairly low in salt -- a real issue with the alli plan. Thank you for posting it!
