Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Fantastic moist muffin. I added 2 T. ground flax seed and substituted dates for the raisins and 1/4 cup walnut pieces with toasted non-salted pumpkin seeds on top. The oat flour seemed heavier so I was amazed at the results.
