Excellent texture and flavor. Used whole grain cream of wheat,150 calorie packs and it took almost 2 packs, added 1 cup water, which was good as made 2 pancakes each. Vary outcome on water added/ thicker/thinner. (I think calorie count too low on this recipe as choose cooked cream of wheat not dry)
