Yummy! I had this for dinner tonight, since I was busy processing the deer hubby shot a couple of days ago. Made it even lower sodium by using kidney beans I had cooked from dry (I make ahead, they freeze well).. but rinsing the canned beans would reduce sodium approximately 40%.
