Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I made this Strogonoff today and it was excellent! I doubled the recipe and used Healthy Request Soup, as well as low fat sour cream. I too added minced garlic. I coated my beef with flour and browned the beef with onion before putting the mixture in the crock pot. I will make this again.
Instead of a can of Mushroom soup I used i can Progresso low sodium French onion soup only cause it was all I had in the house at the time. and mmmnn it was good.
This was a great recipe. I added some minced garlic (1 tsp) with the salt and pepper and onion powder. It came out wonderful! We will have this again!
