I basically cook my cauliflower the same way but I add the juice of one lemon...more or less to your taste. Then I sprinkle with salt/pepper or Italian seasoning and roast for 15 mins. Turn the cauliflower and roast for 15 mins. Then I sprinkle my cheese return it to oven for 5 more minutes.
