This recipe crock pot cooks enough for 8 or split into two 1-gallon baggies - freeze 1, eat 1, and you're all set to "crock pot it" again another day!
Great over pasta
Can use all broth and no wine if want toCan add other vegies as desired, broccoli asparagus and or tomatoes would be good. Double for 2 people etc.
