Ingredients

Olive Oil spray
1 chicken breast no bones or skin
1 clove garlic, minced ( i use minced in jar
1 TB Basil mince
1/2 C sliced mushrooms
1 oz fat free Cream Cheese
1 0z fat free Cottage Cheese or Ricotta
1 oz Mozarella, Part Skim milk, shredded
1/2 0z white wine
1/8 C chicken broth, swansons 99% fat free
2 oz Pasta-cooked according to box
salt pepper and garlic powder to taste
Directions
Make Pasta according to package directions
Grill chicken seasoned with garlic powder, salt and pepper according to taste.
Spray pan with olive oil spray, saute mushrooms, garlic and basil for 30 sec or so add cheeses and stir till smooth add broth and wine, season as desired. cook 2-3 min till thickened and smooth.
Layer pasta, some sauce, Chicken and more sauce. Served with a nice salad and Italian bread for good nutritious meal.
