Thanks for a great rub, the salt seems a bit high, I will probably add less salt, plus I use sea salt, to lower the sodium!
I used this rub tonight on my steak, minus the salt.. very yummmy!!! Thank you for sharing it!!
I'm giving this a try without the kosher salt, I use most of the seasonings on my beef anyhow so just added the thyme. Did the rub and will let marinate for several hours before grilling, so I'll let you know how it turned out.
Edited to add: Very good even without the salt.
Too much sodium for my liking.
