Yikes on the carb count, so made this w/low sodium broth, cornstarch instead of flour, skim milk, & a turnip, corn, carrots & rutabega for the veg. The seasoning was AWESOME--will make again!
I think the calorie count is off on this recipe - the Chicken breast (4 oz per serving) is only showing 22 calories per the full 4 oz.
Sounds good but way too much sodium. Maybe just garlic powder instead of garlic salt??
I used low sodium chicken broth and much less garlic salt with some regular garlic because my husband has high blood pressure, my family still really liked it though and we'll have it again
