Nutrition & Calorie Comments

so Good!!! i sauted a chopped onion, 2 stalks celery, and the cauliflower in 1 tsp olive oil to intensify flavor, used fat free 1/2 and 1/2
Didn't care for. I tried adding some butter, salt pepper and just couldn't get this where I needed it to be.
This recipe was a good start, but the Old Bay doesn't do anything for me. I will make it again with salt/pepper/garlic.
I used more nonfat milk and a can of Cheddar cheese soup and didn't need as much cheese, I also added some celeryand onion, husband and one of two kids liked it, the other kid would've if she hadn't seen me using the immersion blender! I didn't have old bay either but stuck in a bit of worschestire.
