How much cool whip? I'm thinking 8 oz?? Sounds yummy- I used to make one with low-fat cream cheese and PB, fold in 8 oz cool whip and pour into a chocolate crust- this sounds very similar!
Works great with 1/4 cup powdered Stevia (available at Trader Joes) and cool whip. No need to heat, just mix pb and sugar, then fold into cool whip. Add pb cups, or mini chocolate chips if desired. Actually, they freeze pretty well.
